Overview

Enveneeco Pyrolysis Technology

The Enveneeco process uses thermolysis or pyrolysis to adiabatically convert a variety of organic feed stocks into a fungible coal substitute (E-coal). Through our turnkey systems, E-coal can produce electricity more economically and with a fraction of the hazardous emission by-products of traditional bituminous coals.

This process has been developed over three decades of research and successful applications with a variety of organic feed stocks. From household waste to building materials, the process quickly and effectively .produces energy.

The heart of the process is twin screw reactors. Each reactor pair can accommodate up to 140 tons of waste per day, and series of 10 such reactor can handle over 1,000 tones. Thus, enabling a relatively small site to accommodate large metropolitan areas and industrial areas alike.

The resulting emissions of the Enveneeco process are a modest fraction compared to traditional fossil fuels. Since the process eliminates much of the undesirable volatile compounds before combustion, the result is a cleaner and more efficient energy production.

When compared to traditional incinerators, the Enveneeco process is vastly superior. The resulting emissions are less than 10% of traditional refuse derived fuels. Thus, the process is an ideal replacement for trash incinerators.

Why wood chips or other Waste to Energy

Waste to energy will become an important strategy for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly energy production. Currently, the United States produces 500 billion pounds of Other solid waste (OSW) annually. Through the ENVENEECO process, this is 2 quadrillion BTUs of energy (quads) that is now being literally buried in landfills. When additional agricultural and other bio masses are considered, the amount of energy wasted is over 8 quads.
