Enveneeco has developed a revolutionary cost effective breakthrough approach to Gas to Liquid (GTL) technologies.
Enveneeco has developed a process for the direct catalytic production of Dimethyl Ether (DME) from synthesis gas.
Carbon based feedstocks such as Municipal Solid Waste and waste coal among many others are converted to synthetic gas (Syn-Gas) through a gasification process. Syn-Gas is a basic building block fuel used in the chemical industry to create energy and fuels.
From this Syn-Gas, Enveneeco's proprietary catalytic reactor technology works at breakthrough reaction speeds allowing for unparalleled efficiencies in converting these gases derived from carbon sources into DME and direct energy production.
In the simplest explanation, the reactor technology dramatically reduces the diffusion distance that a molecule has to travel to react chemically, transfer thermal energy, or change phases from liquid to gas or from gas to liquid.
Through additional catalytic processes, DME can be converted to produce end fuels such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and chemical intermediaries that can be used in the production of a wide range of goods such as plastics. In addition, the Enveneeco process can be harvested to produce and supply direct electricity needs.
In addition to its revolutionary process efficiencies, the Enveneeco process offers a paradigm shifting, smaller more modular footprint versus existing Gas to Liquid Technologies. This smaller footprint allows for significantly lower capital investment, greatly reduced build out times and greater location flexibility and accessibility to a wider range of geographically dispersed feedstocks. The technology is hundreds of magnitude more compact than conventional gas to liquid technologies.
Enveneeco's primary goal is to develop, both, large scale DME production technology, as well as small portable facility technology for production of DME from synthesis gas derived from various dispersed carbon-containing feedstocks.
